He graduated as a Winemaker at the Don Bosco College, Mendoza's most important school of winemaking. He worked at the St Francis Winery in Sonoma, California, as part of his studies and started work at the distinguished Argentine winery Doña Paula, where he acquired experience in high-grade wines. After two years, he moved to Pomerol, France. During 2005 and 2006 he stayed in Cafayate learning the technique for high-altitude vines. In 2008, he arrived at Zorzal, in Gualtallary, a winery which in only three years managed to conquer the position of "Best Malbec over USD 50" in the "Argentina Wines Awards 2010", the most important competition in that country.

Zorzal's winemaking consultant is considered by the international press to be one of the most successful professionals in the field within the new generation of the Argentine wine industry. He graduated as a Winemaker at the Don Bosco vine and wine school in the province of Mendoza. He began working when very young at various well-known wineries in the Mendoza area, such as Finca Sophenia, Luigi Bosca and Doña Paula, among others. Currently, in addition to Zorzal, he is consultant to Finca Sophenia, Bodegas del Tupún and Bodega Familia Reina. He also has his own line of autograph wines: Passionate Wines.
