Tinto de Tiza
"Pioneer wherever you go"
Eggo is a whim of the winemaker, since from the beginning he never let on what he wanted to do and how he wanted to show it, being pure ZEAL, pure EGGO. It is born from the soul of the winemaker and is vinified in cement eggs.
Tasting notes:
EGGO Tinto de Tiza is an intense, deep red color with violet hues. Aroma: deep, intense and complex, Gualtallary's own aromas stand out, such as CHALK, Wet Cement, Mineral. Flavor: great structure and volume, silky body with textured tannins, acidity gives it a lot of freshness, making it a very direct wine.

Features
The vineyards are located in the Gualtallary area, Tupungato. The training system is a high trellis and the plants are 7 to 10 years old. Temperatures between day and night range between 35°C (day) and 20°C (night).
- Vinification: Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation occur in ovoid-shaped cement vessels (EGGS) without epoxy paint coating. Its shape helps the liquid to have permanent movement, controlling its temperature much better and achieving greater character and volume in the mouth, thanks to the fact that the lees remain constantly in suspension. It is aged in this same container, thinking about the authentic conservation of its character, without the intervention of any input, such as oak, from another Terroir.
- Harvest: By hand in 16 KG boxes at the same time.
- Region: Gualtallary, Tupungato, Valle de Uco.
- Oenologist: Michelini
- Varietal composition: 100% Malbec.
- Alcoholic Graduation: 14%
