Field Blend
"Distinguished from the essence"
Field Blend or Field Cut. This wine represents the elegance of Gualtallary. It is a blend that is made in the vineyard, where the Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec are harvested on the same day and dry fermented together.
Tasting notes:
View: bright red color with violet hues. Nose: of great typicity, notes of black, white, and bell pepper mixed with mineral notes. Mouth: vertical entry, with tension and nerve, long finish.


Features
100% Gualtallary, Tupungato, Mendoza. Sandy-alluvial soils with high calcium carbonate content.
- Vinification: In 228 liter French barrels, 3rd and 4th use, for 24 months.
- Harvest: The Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon are harvested on the same day, by hand, in 16 kilo boxes, during the early hours of the morning.
- Region: Gualtallary, Tupungato, Valle de Uco.
- Oenologist: Juan Pablo Michelini.
- Varietal composition: 60% Cabernet Sauvignon / 40% Malbec
- Alcoholic Graduation: 13,5%
