Gran Terroir Chardonnay
"Finesse that captivates"
Our 'Gran Terroir' come from vineyards planted at altitude which give life to complex and aromatic wines, given the thermal difference that occurs between day and night during maturation. Its special character, complexity and structure are given by aging in French and American oak barrels.
Tasting notes:
View: bright green with golden flashes. Nose: of great mineral complexity, with the presence of graphite, gunpowder and nuts. Palate: it is a wine of tension, fine textures and a very long finish.

Features
100% Gualtallary, Tupungato, Mendoza. Sandy-alluvial soils with high calcium carbonate content.
- Vinification: In 228 liter French barrels for 10 months. 5% barrels are new, the rest from 3rd, 4th and 5th use.
- Harvest: It is made by hand, in 16 kilo boxes, during the early hours of the morning.
- Region: Gualtallary, Tupungato, Valle de Uco.
- Oenologist: Juan Pablo Michelini.
- Varietal composition: 100% Chardonnay
- Alcoholic Graduation: 12,5%
