Gran Terroir Pinot Noir
"Finesse that captivates"
Our 'Gran Terroir' come from vineyards planted at altitude which give life to complex and aromatic wines, given the thermal difference that occurs between day and night during maturation. Its special character, complexity and structure are given by aging in French and American oak barrels.
Tasting notes:
It is a somewhat dull violet red wine. Aroma: On the nose you will find all the magic of Gualtallary, where the aromas of gunpowder, graphite, minerals, earth, and nuts are enhanced. Taste: Very smooth in the mouth, with good structure and volume, very silky with a long finish.

Features
The vineyards are located in the lower area of Tupungato. He is a tall 7 year old espalier. The temperatures between day and night range between 35° C (day) and 15° C (night), this generates greater thickness in the skin, which will then result in a Pinot Noir with greater color and structure compared to the average. . The soil is sandy.
- Vinification: In open 3rd use barrels, with trampling or pillage. Then malolactic fermentation takes place in 1st and 2nd use Burgundy barrels, manufactured especially for Pinot Noir, and is aged in them for between 10 and 14 months. Sulfite at 30 ppm. Plate filtering. Bottling.
- Harvest: By hand in 16 kg boxes.
