Parcelario Malbec
For over 10 years, we have been working to capture the pure essence of our terroir, reflecting not only the soil and climate but also the landscape we see and feel. This is achieved through ecological and precise viticulture, as well as respectful winemaking. Our EGGO line, born from unique plots surrounding the winery, uses concrete eggs as neutral vessels, enhanced by barrel aging to achieve a more refined and elegant version. The concept of SINGLE BLOCK seeks to express not only the place and landscape but also the specific climate of each harvest, highlighting its unique and unrepeatable character.
Tasting notes:
View: Deep intense and bright red. Aroma: The nose is very austere and mineral, with aromas of mountain herbs, chalk, and wet cement. Mouth: Good volume, with nerve and chalky texture, very fluid, fine and elegant.
Features
Grapes from our own vineyards in Gualtallary, Tupungato at 1350 meters above sea level. Plants on high trellises, in alluvial soils, with a large amount of calcium carbonate.
- Vinification: 30% in 500 liter French barrels for 3 and 4 use and the other 70% in cement egg for one year.
- Harvest: It is made by hand, in 16 kilo boxes.
- Region: Gualtallary, Tupungato, Valle de Uco.
