Porfiado
"The wait was worth it"
It came that because of his PORPHY he did not want to debut until it was ready. That Perfía translated into a Pinot Noir of unique aromatic complexity, where graphite gives glimpses of its presence. Complex in the mouth, with multiple notes of elegant minerality, which make its elegance and persistence leave a stubborn mark in the memory that is difficult to forget. OBSTINATE.
Tasting notes:
It is deep and intense in color. Bright red with violet hues. Aroma: It is a wine with a lot of character and elegance, where Gualtallary gives us mineral aromas such as graphite, gunpowder, earth and leaves us with a wine with deep, elegant tannins. Taste: very silky in the palate and a very long finish.
