Terroir Unico Cabernet Franc

The Terroir Único Cabernet Franc is a quite symbolic wine for us. I could say that it is one of the many milestones that we have had and are going to have. It comes from our own farm, from the first harvest that we were able to get from the two clones we have: one French and one Italian. It is a unique Cabernet Franc, with minimal intervention in the winery, with native yeast, with very gentle extractive movements, seeking simplicity, and with a subsequent relatively short aging specifically, without wood. An authentic specimen, with vision and a lot of potential. A wine that will make people talk. Tasting notes:
Color: Bright and intense deep red color, with violet hues. Aroma: Of unmatched purity, showing itself as it is. Super complex and authentic, showing spicy aromas, black pepper, white pepper, red pepper. Mouth: Entry with nerve and tension, good breadth in the mouth, with a sensation of fine and super pleasant texture. The presence of acidity generates freshness and juiciness, making it a wine with a very long and somewhat saline finish.

Features
Gualtallary, Tupungato, at 1350 meters above sea level. The soil is stony – sandy, very calcareous area. In this area, during the grape ripening season, we have thermal amplitudes that range between 15 – 18°C difference between day and night.
