Terroir Unico Cabernet Sauvignon

The Unique Terroir are the living expression of our land, which is reflected in frank, honest, austere and vertical wines with the mineral typicality of calcareous soils.
Tasting notes:
Color: bright, steely green, somewhat pale. Aroma: explosive, floral, tropical fruits. Taste: it comes in very fresh, with great volume and very good acidity, which gives it a very long finish.
Features
The vineyards are located in the lower area of Tupungato. It is a 30-year-old vine. Temperatures between day and night range between 35°C and 17°C.
- Vinification: The clusters are pressed to extract all the juice, which will go to a stainless steel tank for debumming prior to alcoholic fermentation. Then a cold maceration is carried out for 15 days and at the end of this maceration, yeasts are inoculated. Fermentation temperatures range between 8 to 10°C. No malolactic fermentation is carried out, it is subjected to sulfite at 30 ppm. and filtered through plates, and then bottled.
- Harvest: By hand in 16 kg boxes.
