Terroir Unico Pinot Noir Rosé

The 'Unique Terroir' are the living expression of our land, which is reflected in frank, honest, austere and vertical wines with the mineral typicality of calcareous soils.
Tasting notes:
View: Bright, onion skin. Nose: The nose is mineral, with floral notes combined with red fruits. Mouth: it is agile, with tension and vertical acidity and a persistent finish.
Features
4-year-old tall espalier, located in Gualtallary at 1300 meters above sea level.
- Vinification: After 18 to 24 hours of maceration with the skins, only the juice is extracted cold. Then it rests for 3 to 6 days in the cold to decant the thick lees. Fermentation is carried out with the same methodology as the whites; at low temperature (10 – 13°C), to preserve and concentrate the aromas. Without passing through wood.
- Harvest: It is made by hand, in 16 kilo boxes, during the early hours of the morning.
- Region: Gualtallary, Tupungato, Valle de Uco.
