The Unique Terroir are the living expression of our land, which is reflected in frank, honest, austere and vertical wines with the mineral typicality of calcareous soils.
Tasting notes:
Terroir Unico SAUVIGNON BLANC at first glance appears delicate and bright, with steely green tones. Aroma: a lot of refreshing, mineral intensity, wet stones and herbs are perceived, with some rue notes. Very complex. Taste: comes in fresh, intense, with good nerve. Its natural acidity makes it a very fresh wine with a very long finish.

Features
The vineyards are located in the Gualtallary area, Tupungato. The training system is a high trellis and the plants are 7 to 10 years old. Temperatures between day and night range between 35°C (day) and 20°C (night).
- Vinification: In this case, unlike the 2014 harvest, some harvests were fermented separately and in different vessels. The 1st and 2nd harvest, coming from the vineyard at 1,300 meters above sea level with sandier soil, was first co-fermented in stainless steel at a temperature of 13°C. The 3rd and 4th harvests from more calcareous and stony soils were fermented second and the 5th harvest, from the vineyard located at 1,600 meters above sea level, was fermented last. Then the different harvests were cut to generate this wine. Malolactic fermentation is avoided through cold and sulfur, then it is filtered to sterilize and bottled.
- Harvest: By hand in 16 kg boxes. 5 stages of harvest were carried out, from the embero to the most ripe, achieving the right balance in acidity and volume in the mouth.
